His career started with Bangladesh Navy before over 20 years and was graduated from Chittagong University. He was trained home and abroad during his career and was intensely associated with HR management and development aspects. Academically he is an MBA in Marketing from Stamford University and possesses Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from BIM.

His association in corporate sector began in 2004 and had worked in leading HR positions with Ascent (Scholastica) and Concord Group also. Along his career, in all his assignments he performed challenging roles in organization development and upgrading HR management systems.

Mr. Tanvir has been with management development training throughout his glorious diverse career. He has profound experience in recruitment and selection as it being part of business process. He acted as Head of Recruitment with Ascent Group for significant period of time. He is a practical oriented person who has mammoth knowledge and experience in other HR aspects especially in performance management, grievance handling & counseling and employee relations.
